Role Description

As a Graduate Research Mentor you will be responsible for planning, structuring and creating frameworks for qualitative and quantitative virtual research, analyzing data, and utilizing technical writing skills to support ongoing projects. Your day-to-day tasks may include data collection, literature reviews, data analysis, and assisting with project coordination.

Minimum Experience and Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or related discipline. Candidates currently pursuing a Master's or PhD degree may apply.

• Working knowledge of research methods, literature review, data analysis experience for academic research.

• Attention to detail and ability to organize and analyze data.

• Ability to communicate technical solutions and issues clearly and adequately to management as well as members on the project.

• Strong verbal and written communications skills.

• Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in timely manner.

• Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail.

• Enthusiastic to gain product knowledge, learn new methodologies, tools, and techniques.

• Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.

Preferred Experience and Qualifications

• Published research in an online peer reviewed journal.

• Graduate-level coursework or research experience is preferred.

The base pay for this position is $30.00 – $75.00 USD (₹2400.00 – ₹6000.00 INR) per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted. Candidates must be authorized to work in the country they are applying for, this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
